With reference to your despatch 14th September 1916 237 would be glad if you could grant permission to remit 25 yen per month to two employees of Blackheads now prisoners of war in Japan from liquidation of funds. Firme liquidation closing balance leaves 50,000 dollars cash at bank. Would be glad of general permission for
similar cases.
